Our Ronald McDonald House volunteers do a little bit of everything including checking in families, baking special desserts, restocking rooms, cleaning, answering the phone, assisting with mailings, running errands and computer entry.
Our goal is to customize each volunteer’s experience to the interests of the individual. We strive to showcase each volunteer’s special skills. We have a variety of needs, such as giving tours, fundraising activities, grounds beautification, cooking and maintenance. Generally, our in-House volunteers commit to one three-hour shift each week. Volunteers work with a member of our management team or another volunteer throughout their shifts. The House is staffed by volunteers from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
