Family Care Manager, Ronald McDonald Houses

The Ronald McDonald House is looking for an individual with a heart to help others and to fulfill the mission of our organization. The Family Care Manager position requires an individual who can demonstrate an attitude that gives our Ronald McDonald House families top priority and provides an atmosphere of appreciation to our donors and volunteers.

Our Family Care Managers assume full accountability for the operation of the House during their shifts, under the leadership of the Program Manager. Applicants must successfully complete the organization’s required background check. Responsibilities include the registration, check-in, orientation and checkout of guest families, according to established guidelines and procedures. Family Care Managers continually inspect the premises and are responsible to ensure that cleanliness and maintenance standards are being met by working with our dedicated team of volunteers.

Saturday Day Shift: 7:45 am – 5:00 pm (Mercy House)

Sunday Day Shift: 7:45 am – 5:00 pm (Mercy House)

Program Manager, Ronald McDonald House near Cox South

Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Ozarks is seeking a passionate individual to serve
as our Program Manager for the Ronald McDonald House near Cox South Hospital in
Springfield, MO. The Program Manager works in partnership with our Associate Program
Manager and team of Family Care Managers to successfully operate all aspects of our
“home-away-from-home” for families of seriously ill and injured children. We are looking for
an individual with a heart to help others and to fulfill the mission of our organization. This
position requires a person who can demonstrate an attitude that gives our Ronald
McDonald House families top priority and provides an atmosphere of appreciation to our
donors and volunteers. The role encompasses the supervision and development of
employees, oversight of repairs and maintenance activity required to operate the House,
and financial and reporting responsibilities. Strong computer skills and the ability to
successfully multi-task in a high-paced environment are a must. This full-time position
requires a strong business acumen, successful leadership and relationship-building skills.

The Program Manager is required to hold a Class E Driver License, must be able to carry
items weighing up to 25 pounds using stairs and successfully complete the organization’s
required background check. This position also requires sharing on-call duties with
designated RMHC staff. RMHC of the Ozarks strongly encourages, but does not require,
staff members to obtain the COVID Omicron vaccine and flu shot.

Salary is based on experience and skill set. Benefits include a schedule promoting work-life
